Since 2007, Artscape Banners have graced the walls of Wall and Railroad Streets every summer, becoming a beloved tradition. We also provide a Walking Tour brochure that showcases each banner, enriching the experience for both our local community and visiting tourists. This program offers a fantastic opportunity for artists to share their talents with Eagle River, and the best part is there's no participation fee, plus your original artwork will be returned to you.
